Quality Assurance/Quality Control
Traditional Quality Assurance-Quality Control involves observation, reporting and documentation.
Frontline DMA will go far beyond the QA-QC standards. We will ask the question of the
General Contractor:
“When may we return to photograph the correction and
document the closure of the deficiency?”
Closure of these deficiencies to corrected specifications will then be verified and logged
on eVRAIDD QA-QC reports on inconsistencies or errors and documents these in writing
into the record, for the benefit of the client producing potentially lethal legal evidence
that will become plaintiff evidence in the future.
Frontline DMA reports on what is right. We do not report on what is wrong. We flag and
document inconsistencies, then track them until they’re corrected and closed.

A new way of thinking - Beyond QA-QC |
"Quality control and safety represent increasingly important concerns for project managers. Defects or failures in constructed facilities can result in very large costs.
Even with minor defects,
re-construction may be required and
facility operations impaired. Increased costs and delays are the result."
"With the attention to
conformance as the
measure of quality during the construction process, the specification of quality requirements in the
design and contract
documentation becomes extremely important."
