eVRAIDD Verify Risk Analyze Investigate Document Defend
Critical to the Frontline Defect Mitigation protocol is our eVRAIDD software, an on-line evidence
database that stores, catalogues, and preserves all written reports and associated photographs
that document and defend diligent client/contractor work.
With this powerful tool, the project Attorney, can issue to the developer/client or CM a login and
password to access the complete file archive of the project’s construction history, up to and
including project status reports of the current week.
eVRAIDD tracks and notifies Frontlines’s DMA team of current or outstanding work that requires
correction. Items that are deemed to be executed incorrectly, and those matching the protocol
litigation “triggers”, are identified and followed until they are corrected and closed. Because
owners and developers have access to the same information on-line, discussions with the
Attorney are greatly facilitated. The developer will also receive an accurate report of each phase
of the construction trade’s work, without having to leave his office.
The software allows the Attorney and his client to search the archive both by text and photographs. Literally thousands of photographs are immediately available, sorted by gridline intersection, suite
number, floorplate, vertical drop, trade, or by date of execution. This superior level of filtering allows
a defense to be built with accurate notes and photographs thereby isolating problems (if any exist)
and reducing exposure to frivolous and speculative extrapolation.
Frontline DMA will document through random and monthly photos, clear evidence of a “clean” site
and properly stored materials. Moreover, infrared photos of each and every condominium suite,
preserve evidence of the dry condition of the cavity walls and ceilings. With this, we build and
support a case that our clients have shown due care and followed best practices on their projects.
This evidence is also preserved within eVRAIDD for later recall. Building envelope failure accounts
for approximately 90% of claims. Frontline DMA will photographically document the entire envelope
process. eVRAIDD then stores that data in “ONION SKIN” format that Attorneys can search, layer
by layer and suite by suite, from the slab edge through final coatings. eVRAIDD provides a filtered
photographic defense, searchable by a wide variety of parameters. A proactive defense through
aggressive evidence collection is a by-product of this state-of-the-art software which promotes a
Quality Controlled - Quality Assured project and provides the ability to recall supporting evidence
to refute any potential claim. |
